Welcome to Roseville Auto Bros ("Roseville Auto Bros," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and booking platform. By accessing our website, creating an account, browsing services, booking appointments, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our platform.

1. About Roseville Auto Bros

Roseville Auto Bros is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent automotive service providers offering vehicle-related services, including but not limited to:

  • Car Detailing

  • Interior Detailing

  • Exterior Detailing

  • Ceramic Coating

  • Paint Correction

  • Paint Protection Film (PPF)

  • Window Tinting

  • Car Wash Services

  • Engine Bay Cleaning

  • Headlight Restoration

  • Wheel & Tire Services

  • Mobile Car Care

  • Other automotive appearance and maintenance services

Roseville Auto Bros provides the technology platform that allows customers to discover, compare, and book automotive services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Roseville Auto Bros does not itself perform the automotive services listed on the platform.

2. Independent Service Providers

All automotive services available through the platform are performed by independent businesses or independent professionals.

Each service provider operates independently and is solely responsible for:

  • Performing the requested services.

  • The quality of workmanship.

  • Customer communication.

  • Equipment and materials used.

  • Insurance requirements.

  • Compliance with applicable laws.

  • Safety during the service.

  • Completion of appointments.

Nothing contained within these Terms shall be interpreted as creating an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between Roseville Auto Bros and any service provider.

3. Customer Accounts

Customers may create an account in order to book services, manage appointments, receive updates, and access additional platform features.

Customers agree that all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

4. Booking Services

Bookings submitted through Roseville Auto Bros are requests for service.

Appointment availability depends entirely upon the selected service provider.

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee acceptance.

Service providers may accept, decline, or reschedule appointments based on availability.

5. Pricing

Prices displayed on the platform may vary depending on:

  • Vehicle size

  • Vehicle condition

  • Selected package

  • Additional requested services

  • Provider pricing

Final pricing may change if inaccurate vehicle information was provided during booking.

6. Payments

Payments may be processed securely through approved payment providers.

Roseville Auto Bros may collect payments on behalf of independent service providers for booking purposes.

Additional charges may apply if extra services are requested after the appointment has begun.

7. Refund Policy

If an appointment cannot be completed because the service provider cancels the booking or fails to perform the booked service, eligible refunds will generally be processed automatically within seven (7) business days to the original payment method.

Refund approval may depend upon the circumstances surrounding the booking.

Roseville Auto Bros reserves the right to review refund requests before processing.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate booking information.

  • Provide accurate vehicle details.

  • Ensure safe access to the vehicle.

  • Remove valuable personal belongings before service.

  • Inspect the vehicle before and after service.

  • Report concerns promptly to the service provider.

Customers remain responsible for personal property left inside the vehicle.

9. Service Provider Responsibilities

Each independent provider agrees to:

  • Perform services professionally.

  • Arrive within a reasonable scheduled timeframe.

  • Use appropriate automotive products.

  • Maintain required business licenses where applicable.

  • Maintain any insurance required by law.

  • Complete services safely.

10. No Guarantee

Roseville Auto Bros does not guarantee:

  • The quality of any automotive service.

  • Exact appointment times.

  • Provider availability.

  • Customer satisfaction.

  • Vehicle appearance after service.

  • Specific detailing results.

Every vehicle is different, and results may vary depending on age, paint condition, previous repairs, environmental factors, and existing damage.

11. Vehicle Condition

Customers acknowledge that vehicles may already contain:

  • Paint defects

  • Rock chips

  • Swirl marks

  • Deep scratches

  • Oxidation

  • Rust

  • Interior stains

  • Torn upholstery

  • Mechanical defects

Roseville Auto Bros cannot verify the condition of every vehicle before service begins.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roseville Auto Bros acts solely as an online marketplace connecting customers with independent automotive service providers.

Roseville Auto Bros shall not be responsible for any claims, damages, losses, costs, expenses, injuries, or liabilities arising out of or relating to services performed by independent providers, including but not limited to:

  • Vehicle damage

  • Paint damage

  • Scratches

  • Dents

  • Mechanical failures

  • Electrical issues

  • Water damage

  • Interior damage

  • Delayed appointments

  • Missed appointments

  • Unsatisfactory workmanship

  • Additional repair expenses

  • Loss of vehicle use

  • Business interruption

  • Personal injury

  • Property damage

  • Consequential damages

  • Indirect damages

Any concerns relating to the performance of services should be addressed directly with the independent service provider.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

13. Disputes Between Users

Any disagreement concerning:

  • Service quality

  • Vehicle condition

  • Pricing

  • Damage claims

  • Appointment delays

  • Refund requests

  • Communication

must first be resolved directly between the customer and the service provider.

Roseville Auto Bros may, at its sole discretion, assist with communication but is not obligated to investigate, mediate, or resolve disputes.

14. Account Suspension

Roseville Auto Bros reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that:

  • Violates these Terms.

  • Provides false information.

  • Engages in fraud.

  • Misuses the platform.

  • Harasses other users.

  • Attempts unauthorized access.

15. Intellectual Property

All logos, graphics, software, branding, website design, text, icons, images, trademarks, and content displayed on the Roseville Auto Bros website remain the exclusive property of Roseville Auto Bros unless otherwise stated.

No material may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

16. Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with third-party payment processors, maps, messaging services, analytics providers, or other technology providers.

Roseville Auto Bros is not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, or policies of any third-party service.
